Hello Maryam , your order has been delivered today . It takes atleast 3-5 days for any order placed within usa to be delivered . your order was placed via facebook or instagram portal and tracking has been automatically updated there .. if you open your Facebook or instagram order summary , tracking details are found . Thank you for your review sadaf . We ensure our products are upto the mark and checked before shipping for any quality issues or missing .we do have a record of quality check for your specific item that was shipped to you . The necklace you have purchased is made of glass kundan which is like a budget friendly version of ac kundan or high quality kundan . We did have the same necklace style listed on website for 75$ In ac kundan or high quality kundan and have mentioned in the description too . Thanks Team Deccan jewelry .
