Excellent customer service.

Good Quality. Good sale. Prompt delivery

I ordered 2 pieces, one said ready to ship and the other ‘4 weeks to ship’. 4 weeks would just be within my time frame before a wedding. I presumed the ready to ship item would reach before that, but I didn’t see anything for several weeks. When I enquired, I was informed after a few days that it would be shipped soon. When it wasn’t shipped on the promised day, I said I would file a claim with my credit card. The items arrived 1 and 2 days before leaving for said wedding. But one of the necklace pieces did not come with the tassel chord, so I cannot use it. It is very disappointing, because the piece itself is nice. I will not be ordering from this store again. Update: I ended up taking a chain from another necklace I already had to fix the missing tassel, but that's not an ideal solution. The other piece I ordered broke in half before one of the wedding events, causing me to scramble for another solution. I have emailed them several times about the missing tassel and broken item. I received one email saying they always ship with a tassel. No reply about the broken necklace, despite two reminders. Stay away from this company!
