I have tried other perfume companies that sell decants, but DecantX offers the most competitive prices, particularly on Creed fragrances. They are also the only ones who do not charge for shipping regardless of the purchase limit, nor do they impose taxes. Furthermore, they have a rewards points system that allows you to accumulate points, which translate into discounts. Without a doubt, DecantX stands out as the best option.

Es un desastre. Nunca se envió mi pedido y en sus políticas, supuestamente, los pedidos se envían en 5 días hábiles o menos. Se cobraron el monto del pedido de mi tarjeta y me enviaron un correo diciendo que mi orden ha sido confirmada y cuando entro a la página y registro el # de orden me dice pedido no encontrado, y hasta la fecha absolutamente nada. No recomendable, no compren aquí si no quieren ser estafados.

DecantX is the best decant company I have used by far (I have tried most of the popular ones)…so much so that I felt compelled to write a review. Great value proposition with this company. You can get different sized decants at some of the best prices on the market and even the smallest decant at 2 mL is the same price as most other companies 1 mL samples. The presentation is very professional, each decant is labeled with a customized colored logo that looks very nice and has the cap taped shut so that there is absolutely no chance of leakage. Some how, some way, the atomizer on the spray bottles are phenomenal lol the absolute best quality atomizer you can get on a sample. Not that it necessarily matters for samples, but other companies sprayers are weak and sometimes very ineffective, decantX’s are fire. Based on price, fragrance selection, presentation, delivery and all around experience, this will most likely be the only company I use from here on out.

I received a damaged and empty package with missing items. I immediately informed the company and provided the requested photos as proof for the refund. Despite this, they changed their stance and refused to help without any valid reason. Their behavior is dishonest, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. Please, do yourselves a favor and avoid this company! I will never purchase from them again, and I’m preparing a YouTube vlog to share my experience. Truly an awful company!

Always get my decants in a timely manner, nice labels on the bottle, all authentic products. I had a bottle break in transit, they sent a new one immediately, friendly customer support were super quick responses.

Had a package delayed. Reached out to the customer service team and they were very responsive and took care of issue quickly and effortlessly. Wish every company would handle customers issues this way. FYI, products are great. Thank you.
