DecantXReviews of decantx.com

Great quality fragrances and fast shipping. Great selection and great prices. Continue the good work.

My experience was great! The service and the perfumes were excellent. My only complaint is that, in other stores where I’ve purchased decants, I’ve received an extra one as a gift, but in this store, I didn’t. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with the service and the products.

My order was shipped quickly, and packaged so well! The scents I received were high quality and just amazing!

Great product

Great prices and sales. Quick shipping. I am a frequent customer.

I entered the wrong address, and sent an email immediately after, to correct the error. Three days later someone wrote to tell me that my purchase had already shipped. Terrible customer service.

They are reasonably priced and ship relatively quickly. However, horrible customer service. I’ve sent them four emails over a period of a few months. No response, despite being a long time customer.

Why buy from DecantX? They ship fast. They have a wide selection. They offer a variety of sizes, and even for the smallest size, the bottle comes with a sprayer (no vial nonsense). I bought a large order of samples and did not pick the color of the bottle. However, DecantX still picked thoughtful label colors for each scent (for example, JPG dazzling gardens was purple, in the navy was navy blue, while Bad Boy Extreme (chocolate note) had a black label. This thoughtfulness elevated my purchase, and I look forward to buying from DecantX again soon. My ONLY criticism is that they sell many discontinued fragrances -- I buy decants to explore things to purchase full bottles someday. Well, one of the scents I bought was discontinued 3 years ago, so I fell in love with something I will never be able to buy! Definitely look more deeply into the fragrances before you explore with DecantX.
