Neat Labels, One Wild Sprayer
Two separate orders, both arrived intact — eventually. The color-coded labels are a smart touch, and most of the decants spray just fine. One rogue Armani Code sample decided to go full Super Soaker, but we’ll chalk that up to a bad day on the assembly line. Free shipping helps, though a little faster turnaround and sturdier sprayers would turn this from decent to dependable.

Thank you for the detailed and honest feedback, we really appreciate it. We’re glad both orders arrived safely and that the color-coded labels and most sprayers worked well for you. We’re sorry about the “Super Soaker” Armani Code moment. That’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have, and we’d be happy to replace that decant for you if you reach out. We also hear you on shipping speed and sprayer durability. We’re actively working on improving both, and feedback like yours helps us focus on what matters most to customers. Thank you again for giving us a try. We hope to earn that “dependable” rating on your next order!
