Ordered several decants from Vancouver. I had an issue with delivery. I paid for the most expensive USPS international express option which stated 3-5 business days. It cost $50. It ended up arriving about 7-8business days later. However what annoyed me the most was that the tracking order was not updated and I was left thinking my package was stuck in New York City for several days. I did contact DecantX customer service and they were very helpful in lodging an enquiry with USPS. I dont blame decantx but USPS. I have read their international service is pretty poor & I would suggest Decantx use UPS or FedX for their international deliveries. The products I ordered mostly seem fine. The one exception is the Amouage Reflection 45 decant doesnt smell as strong as the full bottle I tested at a perfume store. The premium atomizers are really cool

I would like to say this company is amazing I had a bit of an issue with a lost package but they were able to resolve the issue at a timely fashion couldn’t ask for better service they are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with you can’t go wrong.

Excellent selection and price. Everything came labeled, sealed and packaged securely.

Fast delivery love the container for the perfume and the perfume smells amazing.

Delivery option are expensive but the decants are quite nice and even they give me a gift small decant
