Excellent price, original merchandise and super fast service!

The company is doing well in stocking most of the designer’s and niche fragrances. Packaging the items and delivery is lightning fast. Definitely my go to for fragrances.

1. Competitive prices. I usually search at Decant X before other site because I know their prices have been fair (so far). 2. Fast shipping is also a plus. Usually they arrive before the expected arrival day, for me, that’s great! 3. Friendly customer service. It’s an email away and you are corresponding with a real person. 4. The weakest link is in their perfume catalogue. Sometimes I’m forced to take my business elsewhere for fragrance houses that are not even rare or back logged, they just aren’t carried or, what it seems, permanently out of stock. Example of popular houses not or barely carried: Santi Burgas, Maison Violet, Orto Parisi; to name three. Overall I think DecantX is great and if they worked on the last point, they would be 5 of 5 stars in my book.

Ordered a 32ml of both Mancera Red Tobacco, Montale Oudmazing and a 5ml of Dior Sauvage Elixir. Presentation on all was good however, the atomizer on the Red Tobacco sits kinda crooked in its housing, causing the atomizer to spray if I don't replace the cap very carefully. It's not a deal-breaker, but DecantX should have caught this before they shipped it out. This would be a 5 star review if it weren't for that. UPDATE - Decant X reached out to me immediately and offered to replace the defective bottle free of charge. Had some return shipping issues which were NOT the fault of Decant X. They apologized to me for having such a challenging first experience and promised to throw in extras on my next purchase if I contact them before ordering. Based on their efforts to bring this to a happy outcome, my feedback is now updated from 3 stars to 5. Thanks Anna🙂
