Still trying to contact them about my order when you call them it's say a Google account which always means it's a scam

I placed 2 orders with their shop on the Shop app on September 6th and September 7rh a shipping label was created and since then NOTHING. My orders never made it to USPS. I have emailed them 4 times and called them. They didn’t pick up the phone but emailed me right after I called and sent me the same form letter response they send every time with no real solution or purpose. I’ve even reached out to them on their Instagram page. Nothing! Nothing has been done about my order and I am unable to reach anyone there. So I’m out my 2 orders and over $60. These orders were for my son’s homecoming, which is makes the situation even that more infuriating.

This is a review on shipping. My product has been stuck in south Florida at the drop off location since the 9/7. I ordered from microperfumes the same exact night on the 6th and I already received that shipment. That order came all the way from LA. I don’t know what’s going on in Miami but Decantx needs to switch services. Because I’m really thinking about doing business elsewhere because of this issue. To be fair they did send an email about the issue but that isn’t helpful at this point. If I could get a refund I would. And I’m not sure I’m willing to wait this long again in the future. So I’m up in the air on if I’d use them again.

It was my first time ordering here. I know this perfume as i have been using it for years. And the one they sent me is totally fake. The original one was and is always colourless, while the sample was orange color. And the smell is different. Just cheap fake smell. I emailed the site, they reimbursed only half for some reason. Though i was going to send it back, just needed a shipping label

The fragrances does not last practically anything on the skin, which makes me think that it does not come from the original fragrance, especially the Naxos, almost only five minutes on the skin, zero projection.With that very low projection and time on the skin i can't really try more fragrances that interest me.

The communication was good. My order was a little a little slow getting here. The product is ok. I really did expect a little better quality? But overall it was satisfactory. Thank you, K
