My experience was good in the beginning but after giving them my money and giving them my trust everything went South. They don't return calls, very rude to you, they don't answer questions when you need them answered, they put you on hold forever I send you from one person to the next person and no one seems to know what's going on. When you're in court they act as though they don't know what's going on. They don't have your paperwork right they don't have your paperwork in order, I had to go to court 3 times unnecessarily it was just a bad experience I would never refer anyone to this law firm ever. Everyone in that office needs to take a class on customer service.

Ive had major issues at the end of my bankrupcy. I called ten times and got the same run around. Get your own private lawyer to handle yoyr bankruptcy. Discharged and no call no letter....nothing. Terrible customer service.

I had did my own homework before I filed. I called made and appointment went in and I met with Sherynda Patrick she was so professional she explained everything to me she didn't judge my situation. And what I really loved was she called to just do a follow up on what I had decided to do.So thanks for having such a awesome person working for your firm and also her assistance. Our night mare start with the assistance of the debtstopersATL in forest Park Ga. Made so many mistakes she had to keep going back correcting the paperwork and management to still get something wrong. We get our court date and the lawyer has no clue about our case. He got there 5mins before the judge called us. Some of the paperwork was missing and incorrect. We ended up having another court date. Like I said we made sure that everything was on the chapter 11, but they made us pay another $35 because everyone wasn't file. Now that we found out where the main office is. We personally took paper work to that office. Because they're still saying that we didn't have everything. You can reach the lawyer and if you do call you get a teleprompter. You can not speak to a human being. Now this has been going on since the November. Also the money we're supposed to pay for the bankruptcy is still sitting in my checking account, because they didn't retrieve the money. So that means our bills haven't been paid. Frustrated...
