We had lots of credit card debt due to medical, etc., and when I did the math on the credit cards, paying only the minimum payment, we would not be able to get it paid off in our lifetime as we are getting up there in age. We went from a credit score in the high 700s one day to sitting in their office the next filing for bankruptcy. But the whole experience was totally worth it. We will not be leaving a lot of debt for our children to pay off. Everyone we dealt with at Debtstoppers was professional and we were always treated with respect. For anyone in our situation, yes, I would recommend Debtstoppers.
