They haven't handled all the business they were supposed to handle for my case. I signed a affirmation for my vehicle loan in August of 2016 and my vehicle loan company haven't received it yet. I am not receiving any credit for paying on time which will help to repair my score. No one want to talk to me to discuss the situation and complete it. No communication nor follow up. I will tell everyone I know not to go through this company and to not listen to the radio station that advertises this company.

Am happy that all is done and said and I am through with bad debt in my life. Their fee is reasonable and they did work with monthly payments but had to go through a few courses to make this happen in which fees are expected (twice). My representative was very vague, never received my credit report and he should have suggested that my husband been a part of the bankruptcy, he had several outstanding debts that I am now paying out of pocket for. All and all I was happy with how quickly it was handled, and that I'm free and clear and ready for new starts to keep a good credit line.

And each time was successful.

If I had known what exactly I had to go through for Chapter 7 I would have never did this. No one calls you back I mean I had an awful experience.

The employees at Debtstoppers never do what they say they will do. You have to continue to call them in order to get something done and when you call you have to always leave messages then it takes 3-4 days to get a call back.

I have not received my release letter as of today....I have made several to include coming into office and speaking to your attorneys and I have also called and left messages well email them...no response if you assist me with my discharge letter it would be greatly appreciated.
