DebtstoppersReviews of debtstoppers.com

We had started with another company. They were confusing and took forever. They finally went under, with our money. We found DebtStoppers after a brief search. What a breath of fresh air. They were organized and efficient. Kept us straight and got us straight. No longer drowning in the massive debt we had found ourselves in. They were easy to work with, easy to understand. We highly recommend DebtStoppers to anyone in dire need of help with their debt.

Went to Schaumburg office, had a 2pm appointment for my first consultation but didn't see anyone for 30-40 minutes. Once I got in to see and speak with the paralegal everything fell into place. After speaking with the paralegal I was then taken into an office to speak with the attorney. We discussed my options and chose the best option for my situation. We did set up a second appointment to bring in certain items needed to file for the bankruptcy. On my second visit my appointment was for 2 o'clock again and I was left waiting for about an hour before I could see the attorney when it was over with it was 5 p.m. in the evening. The only thing that I could say is that they need to be more prompt with their service and their appointment times. Other than that they are a great Firm to file your bankruptcy case.

I used this firm to get my chaptee 7 done, and they were quick and very precise!

I am very pleased with their services. I wish i could have filed sooner than I did.

COMING DOWN TO THE LAST PART OF MY BANKRUPTCY I WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT SOME THINGS . CALLED OVER AND OVER NO RETURN CALL.

Attorneys were changed so often on my case that I NEVER knew who my attorney was. I was rarely contacted by the firm and leaving messages almost guaranteed that no one would return the call....unless I owed them money. It took 2 years to get my discharge and I still am a little unsure of what actually occurred because of the inadequate communication. I had gotten to the point where I was requesting to speak with the managing Partner or lead attorney for the firm so that I could get information on my case. He never returned the call either.

They explain everything upfront before you commit to the process. Very open and honest

It really helped me
