Spammers & Scammers
have asked well over 75 times to be removed from their call and text lists. Every single time I'm told I'll be removed, yet the messages and calls continue. I've replied STOP, spoken with multiple sales representatives, and even dealt with different companies operating under the same umbrella. Nothing changes. At this point, it doesn't feel like an honest mistake—it feels like a business practice. They seem more interested in keeping people on their marketing lists so their sales reps can keep chasing commissions, hoping that eventually someone gives in. If a company can't honor a simple opt-out request after dozens of attempts, that's a huge red flag. Respecting customers' privacy should be the bare minimum. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company and would strongly recommend others think twice before providing their phone number.

Hi Michael, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept my apology for the continued contact despite your opt-out requests. We take honoring do-not-contact requests promptly and permanently seriously, and your experience clearly fell short. We've escalated your feedback to our compliance department for a full review. That review includes identifying why we didn't apply prior requests and ensuring your number is suppressed across all our marketing channels. To finalize this, please email your phone number to [email protected]. Once received, we will process the do-not-contact request and provide you with written confirmation of the removal. We appreciate the opportunity to correct this.
