Patricia lies about negotiations. She tells you they are very close to complete the negotiation when they are not even trying. They wait until you get suit to look like they are helping. Nothing is negotiate, you pay the same amount, they just make it look like is less. I guy called George calls all the time trying to scare you about the current lenders, you lenders will work better with you than these thieves.

My experience with this company was not what was explained to me at the beginning. Everything sounded very good when I first signed up, and I was told the program would take about one year, but it ended up lasting almost two years. I eventually decided to cancel the program myself. After adding what I paid this company for their services and what I still had to pay the lenders, the total ended up being much more than what I originally owed the lenders. I paid for all the services provided, but based on my experience, I would never work with this company again.

This company is fraud they say they are going to help with the debt and all they do is steal even more from people do not hire them to do anything terrible experience with this company they dont know what they are doing

After talking with this company, I decided not to go through with their services due to a big payment coming through and possibly paying off on our own. We never provided a blank check and I had canceled one week prior to any payment plan. I was under the impression that everything was good for our cancellation however it is now been almost 2 months since we canceled and we are still getting phone calls, trying to collect payment from us even though we canceled. They also collected the first payment, even though I did not provide them a blank check. I was told by the manager Eli that we would receive a refund and that our account was canceled and the phone calls would stop but yet I received a malicious call approximately five minutes ago. I would never do business with any of these companies, especially this one. They are not honest and they are not doing you any favors you’re paying the same amount regardless you can just refinance with the same company and get a better deal that way actually pay less because you already paid a lot of your interest. Do your research. Check the reviews and be careful what demon you choose to work with.

have asked well over 75 times to be removed from their call and text lists. Every single time I'm told I'll be removed, yet the messages and calls continue. I've replied STOP, spoken with multiple sales representatives, and even dealt with different companies operating under the same umbrella. Nothing changes. At this point, it doesn't feel like an honest mistake—it feels like a business practice. They seem more interested in keeping people on their marketing lists so their sales reps can keep chasing commissions, hoping that eventually someone gives in. If a company can't honor a simple opt-out request after dozens of attempts, that's a huge red flag. Respecting customers' privacy should be the bare minimum. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company and would strongly recommend others think twice before providing their phone number.

We are in a WORSE off spot than we were before, with the fees on top of the settlement we now owe MORE money, and because we listened to them and stop making payments while they negotiated, the original loan holder is threatening leans. Do not work with this company, it’s a giant scam, they make money and do nothing for you.
