My case worker is great, but...
I really enjoy working with my case worker. However, getting information from my legal team is non existent. They are negotiating terms on my behalf, yet I have never received any documents explaining the terms being negotiated or the process of what happens with my payments each week. Are they being held in an escrow account? Are they being distributed to my original lender? Are they paying fees to DCG first before distributing funds to my lender? All correspondence goes through my case worker and she is always easy to get in touch with, but I feel there is no real transparency on how my case is being handled with the legal team on my behalf with the lender

Outstanding work they are a pleasure to work with Darrell Fair, he’s always making sure that I’m good and that I don’t need anything and asking if I do need anything which is amazing. It’s five stars for sure and once everything‘s paid off, which I know will be soon. I’m coming back and give him five stars cause if I could give more I would I just appreciate everything they’re doing for me.
