Understadning and helpful
I came here because I was desperate for help with MCAs. I immediately felt some relief. Unfortunately one of my companies would not settle and we ended up going to court. I asked my Case Manager to please check in with me everyday even if there was no change. He has done that every day since. He has even talked me through the entire process. I did feel anxious because I did not know that there was a chance for a lawsuit. But the group made me understand that this is something that this can be in my favor and have kept me informed every step of the way.
Response from Debt Consultants GroupApr 29, 2025
Hi Celeste, Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We understand how overwhelming dealing with MCAs can be, and we’re truly grateful you turned to DCG during such a stressful time. It means a lot to hear that your Case Manager has been a consistent source of support and guidance for you, especially through the challenges of a court case. We know it can be unsettling to face the possibility of a lawsuit, but we're glad we could help you understand the process and keep you informed every step of the way. Your strength and patience through it all is admirable, and we’re proud to stand beside you. Thank you for putting your trust in us. With gratitude, The DCG Team

When my company fell on hard financial…
When my company fell on hard financial times and I started looking for debt consolidation companies after reading the positive reviews is what made my decision to go with debt consolidation group but I didn’t expect the level of service that I have received from Alondra and her team. From the start when I was worried about different things they assured that the process works and that all things was going to work out in my favor and to my benefit and she was right! Alondra and her team is always a call, email or text away and always prompt and willing to help with any issues or concerns I have had. To say the least they helped me save my business and that has helped me to start to turn everything around it get back into the positive direction.
