Otherwise just started with this company from being a county worker and drowning in debt working for the government I have been completely respected upon my situations to resolve my debt I cannot give you a full progress yet further comments to come

The whole process seemed scamy. First you think you're dealing with someone from this Debt Clear USA company then it's someone from Americor. I feel completely misled by the person that took on my case file. They were very informative and answered all of my questions at first. Then, when it came time to move forward with the debt consolidation offer, I did not have my bank account information so I said I would call back later. I called back and a new person began talking to me about my case and said the previous person was no longer with the company and that I would not be accepted for anything the pervious person offered me. Either the first person was fishy or they all are. An F- experience. I'm just trying to fix my financial situation and these POS are playing with people's lives. SCUM.

Very welcoming and supportive phone calls. They truly want you in a better financial situation. Props to them.

Erik did a fantastic job of explaining the program and what it involved, how funds are accumulated, credit score, etc.

Shelly Scott was so incredibly helpful - she explained everything to me, and answered the millions of questions I asked and never got irritated with me.
