Cin7 CoreReviews of dearsystems.com

We are in the process of implementing Cin7 as our WMS for our distribution business. Heena Trivedi has been fantastic to deal with and help with issues that have come up. Highly recommend dealing with her exclusively.

Dinush was amazing to work with. very patient and knowledgeable. no problem or question was too difficult

I was dealing with Heena and she was great. She came onto a call and helped resolve my issues. I have some follow up but thats all in hand too. I find Cin 7 help to be excellent. thanks so much

Heena was really helpful in resolving my query. They were friendly, patient, and kept me updated throughout the process. Heena explained everything clearly and made sure the issue was resolved. Thank you for the great support!

Setu Dani - solutions architect team. Great call - helped with some quick wins on the call and will follow up with product on larger queries raised.

The onboarding customer service offered with Umang was a great addition to the many videos and help topics available. The set-up has been easy and I can't wait to start using the system to its full capabilities once we go live.

The system is always easy to use and when there is a problem and we reach out there is always a way to receive the solution we are looking for

Technology is robust and designed for intuitive customer interactions. The number of native and non-native app integrations is impressive. Customer support is getting stronger, escaltion is intelligently responsive and meaningful to the customer i.e. solution oriented.
