Cin7 CoreReviews of dearsystems.com

Cin7 Core records and handles all aspects of our business (from thousands of product SKUs, thousands of customers and thousands of orders). The integrations work seamlessly and the support is excellent. Thank you Cin7, from a very happy customer (over 6 years).

Cin7 core is a very efficient Inventory software package and I personally find it super easy to navigate. In my role I use the reporting function and I can always find what I need here. A huge plus is that it syncs seamlessly with Xero for our financial accounting.

It was great as DEAR and Greater as Cin7 Core! We've been using the DEAR/Cin7Core since 2015. While it was missing a few features back then, it has always been so extremely stable. We never have a point where we ask "where did that number come from". Sure, that sounds like a minor issue, but being able to follow and track the logic has allowed us to expand to a multiple, multi-million dollar warehouses and fabrication facilities. The interface has changed little, allowing use to work at the speed of our fingers without having to think and follow with every movement. The product just keeps getting better and better, and the support is incredible. The new changes in pricing and features allowed us to expand within our budget. It is always up, and support is fast. There is little more I can ask for. A great investment and incredible tool.

Cin7 Core has been easy and quick to implement. When compared to the implementation of legacy ERP/MRP, Core really is a cost-effective and efficient solution. The level of detail and automation is amazing and includes workflows and task creation based on specific triggers that can be configured. If Core is setup properly, it's difficult to see a better manufacturing solution for SMEs and even some larger enterprises.

Compared to other SaaS Cloud ERP solutions CIN7 Core is by far the most advanced, particularly when it comes to manufacturing and co-manufacturing set up which is commonly used by brands in my sector. On line support and "How to" videos are excellent along with the new "Dear Academy" which is a fantastic environment to learn.

Dear (Cin7 Core) is the best cloud ERP, the one I have by far the most success in implementing, with client retentions of many years (only ever had one client leave it, in ten years). There is an excellent API which allows before automations and integrations, allowing client to embed IP to be more efficient and provide added value to customers; the API is a standout. The out of the box functionality is very good, with flexible order fulfilment options and good performance. The advanced manufacturing module offers real CRP and MRP, for a cloud application it is very sophisticated. The biggest limitation is that it is single entity, like its peers.

Easy to use software with native integrations to all major E-commerce platforms.

Super app. Super support. Super business partner
