I was extremely pleased with customer service when I sent an email to Dear Apothecary. I received a quick and thorough answer to my concern about starting beetroot at the advised amount of 2 capsules per day. Linda answered my email promptly and didn’t chide me for being overly cautious. She encouraged me to start with 1 capsule for a few days before taking the 2 capsules daily. That’s exactly what I did and found Dear Apothecary Beetroot settled nicely. Within a week I was taking 2 capsules everyday. I’m feeling great — hoping and trusting I’ll see good results in my next bloodwork.

All I can say is WOW! For years, my nails have cracked, broken and split to the point where I was keeping them cut super short. I started taking My Apothecary collagen and didn’t give it any thought because I thought it would take longer to notice any differences. About 3 weeks in, I happened to look at my hands and I was shocked at how long my nails had gotten without any breaks. It’s been a couple more weeks and they keep growing without breaking or splitting. I am shocked and delighted. It’s so nice to have long nails again.

I initially purchased 4 months of Valerian Sleep after extensive research on sleep products on the internet. I am now halfway through my 3rd month of daily use and increasingly happy with this product - I just ordered 3 more months worth. I had been using time release forms of melatonin for many years, with decreasing effectiveness (at the 10 mg level for some time now). I also had occasional restless leg syndrome, racing mind, and 2-3am wake-up insomnia and had tried various remedies for those conditions, including l-theanine and magnesium glycinate. Results were positive but uneven. I am an 80 year old retired male in generally good condition for my age but degenerated lumbar discs and scoliosis mean side sleep only and each shoulder aches when slept on for hours plus must get up every 2 hours minimum for bathroom etc etc. A sleep challenge even with excellent mattress, knee pillow, good AC, white noise, quiet neighborhood, and supportive spouse! I am happy to report that Valerian Sleep is working VERY WELL for me and it got better and better during the first 45 days or so, now just rocking along with good results nearly every night. My sleep can still be bothered by eating too much too late (gastro issues) or falling and injuring myself and sleeping with new pain (happened once). No sleep aid can fix these issues. So I am a happy repeat customer and highly recommend this product for you. I do believe one must use it for several months to see true results for you.

I've tried to cancel my subscription but to no avail the dear apothecary.com is invalid. I've replied to their messages or email but it goes nowhere. They keep sending product I don't want and can't get stopped. I've tried Paypal and Master card and there is no info. I'm very upset so I have a negative response for the C.Service
