I have sent tons of people your way. The detox is amazing. I had a stopped up nose for 4 years, thought I was just going to have to live with it, until I found your product :) Healed me. It also seems to be so easy on my stomach that I can even take it when I have not had food. Truly loved up to the word Apothecary. :)

I was trying to use a gift card to pay for my order and for some reason it wasn't going through. I contacted the customer service department to see if they could help me. Bruce Bennett got in contact with me and helped me get my order placed. I received my order 5 days after ordering. Thank you, Bruce for all your help.

I ordered some supplements that I didn't receive because of issue with the mail carrier. I contacted Dear Apothecary customer service and their response was quick to help me. They are sending me the supplements again. I really appreciate how they took care of me as a customer.

Update- customer service reached out almost immediately to rectify this issue and offer a free container of creatine. So appreciate such a professional response and them being open to feedback. I really like the Berberine supplement and also recently started taking the Creatine Monohyrdate. My main complaint with the creatine is that there are not 60 servings as it says on the label. I have used a scoop daily and had rearranged my subscription delivery planning on there to be 60 servings. I got 52 servings out of one bottle and now am caught without any and my next order’s delivery date got delayed.

Ordered a couple products, but forgot to add a 3rd to get the bundle deal. Filled out the customer service form and was answered almost immediately, and then sent me several replies to solve the issue and make sure I was taken care of

I love their Creatine to start with! It is the only website I trust to get my pure creatine monohydrate. Their vitamins I have tried are great as well! They feel of the upmost quality of vitamins! Thank you DearApothecary!
