Took Berberine in recommended dosage and following Dear Apothecary guidance. To include regular morning fasting. My A1c went up a 1/10th. I also used their Ashwaganda and Beet Root. I’m getting no results from any of the supplements. Pretty disappointed.

do you people writing reviews understand the reviews are for product effectiveness mostly and customer service secondary?!?!? This is why smart people can't rely on reviews. Stop customer service talk... write about the products used...

I tried the Melatonin+ for one month, and used the entire bottle. After a few nights, I noticed that I did fall asleep faster and woke up feeling more rested than I had before trying this supplement. However, it did not prevent me from waking during the night as I always do, often lying awake for 3 hrs. This was disappointing as it is the primary reason for dragging through the day.

My order was shipped through USPS and it was due to arrive on April 6 but didn’t arrive until April 13. I don’t know why the postal service had to take the route they did. I’m not saying that was Dear Apothecary’s fault but I haven’t tried the product yet because I just got it. I’m always concerned when supplements are shipped and it takes so long to get them because I have no way of knowing if they were exposed to heat during the long shipping time. I always wonder if it could compromise the effectiveness of the product. Hopefully that’s not the case.
