I am so grateful to the Mastermind Team. I was trying out their system for the educational business I want to launch and was finding that while the available tools were absolutely amazing to set me up for success, they were set up to rocket launch me, for which I was not quite ready - my timeframe required a couple of months delay. I made a decision to not move forward with full membership, until I was ready. The Mastermind team was so understanding and knowing that I offer my product for free at the start, offered to extend my trial by another 30-days, which helps me get my course material, web site and launch strategy fully set up, using the incredible all-encompassing Mastermind Business Hub system. I messed up by using different email…
I messed up by using different email address for my trial and when I purchased an annual subscription. I noticed a recurring payment come out of my account. I notified the team and they promptly refunded the recurring payment without me even having to ask, even though it was technically my fault. Top notch customer service.
