I am disappointed by the customer service they have provided. In October I purchased a inexpensive journal from his company for less than $10. Apparently unknowingly at the same time I signed up for some program. This was never my intention, and I thought I took care not to sign up for anything else, all I wanted at that time was the journal. When I discovered the charges late in the year, I called and asked for a full refund as I didn't even know what I was paying for. They did not offer to do so. If they had I would have remained a future client, but now I feel like they are predatory in their business practices and do not have the best interest of their clients at the pinnacle of their standards.

Empty promises, Do not be fooled
I am writing this to help other viewers So they will not be fooled or lie to, like me. If this company knows how to take constructive criticism then they may change their approach. This is to help both viewers as well as the Dean’s company. I was suckered into joining their initial meeting because of their promise that ALL Attendants will receive Target Card, resources, dinner, MP3 players , Dean ‘s book, and dinner . I came on time and sign in. The man handed me a free book. I asked what about the free MP3 player and Target card. He then handed me the instructions to register for the target card, BUT NOT MP3 player . I said all Attendants should receive one per flyer but he say no this is not the case. So I sat in the meeting for 1 hour and 45 minutes, but dinner was NOT serve at 6pm , not 7pm , not even 745pm. This is unforgivable since my sugar start dropping and it is past my dinnertime. After the sale representative finished marketing , some people sign up for the $1,000 class and 75 percent of the people left hungry and WITHOUT MP3 player. The other 25 percent of the people that sign up get a turkey sandwich. They chose a cheap venue because there was about a 100 Attendants all squeezed into a SMALL room, no table to write, no leg room ,no snack since they choose to cut down their cost. The company brought turkey sandwich for the people who paid the $1k class or the remaining 25 precent of the people who remained after 8pm. The next day I looked up the website for target card. You have to spend your money first , and Then hopefully you will get a rebate. But you have to do some work first , like submitting your receipt online each month. If you do not submit your receipt then you do not get reimbursed.
This is my impression . This it’s a poor representation of Dean’s company because it does not reflect the company is making a profit or it’s wealth . Why chose a cheap venue? Why serve only the people who paid for the $1k class? Why does Dean ‘s company NOT delivered on their promise for a free MP3 player for ALL Attendants? Why did the company NOT feed 100% precent of the Attendants at the beginning of the meeting ? Dean’s company seems to be thrifty and cutting alot of corners.
Even if they use a third party company to market and this marketing company made the error, it is ultimately Dean’s company fault because they are the one that hired this marketing company. Dean’s company is to take the blame. It is Dean’s face on the book and video , Dean’s book that is written by him , Dean’s resources , and Dean’s voice that you hear in the video.
If I was Dean’s company , I would review all of the presenting material and flyers to make sure it is fool proof before marketing it.

Hi Camry,
I apologize you felt manipulated or fooled with your experience. This was not the intention at all... I did want to reach out ASAP and help clarify anything!
The company that runs these events are not actually Dean's company, it's a third party company. I have reached out to the manager over there to look into this and make sure we help get it resolved ASAP. I let them know to contact you directly and then let me know when it's resolved and I will report back:-)
Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime, happy to help wherever I can.
Thank you

You should be VERY concerned purchasing Dean Graziosi's seminars and buying his sales pitch.
A little about myself, i'm a commercial real estate broker in Boston and went to see if I could learn something. My concern with this program is he is taking individuals who are ignorant in real estate and promising it's easy to make money with his assistance/ 3 day seminar/ access to cash.
The basis for the seminar is finding off market deals at below market rates to profit from. You're suppose to find deals through LIFE events meaning divorce or death in a family where they need to liquidate quickly. Or through "FSBO" For Sale By Owner.
1- in today's market particularly MA the average listing days for a house on sale are in the single digits.
2- An FSBO seller doesn't want to discount his property even to the commission of a broker, yet he's going to discount b/c of a cash payment?
His seminar's basis is paying in cash will circumvent both issues and you'll be able to get properties at a discount. I assure you if you can sell your home in a couple of days you're not going to care if its a cash deal. Also the FSBO who doesn't want to pay the 5% to a broker, that person too isn't going discount their price. Neither of these individuals are leaving $100K on the table because someone came in with cash.
The rest of his seminar also has holes in it, but I'll tell you he does one hell of a business bring in $$$ for himself. Markets to uneducated real estate wannabes, charges them a $1,000 for the seminar, offers a bunch of bonuses and return on their initial $1,000 investment ($1,000 return is contingent on closing a deal in 6 months).
All of this sounded great, I almost signed up. Until I remembered the look in Nat's eyes, the presenters, when he asked how many people out of a room of approx 200 had closed real estate deals in the last 6 months. 4 people raised their hands. He had the look of a lion herding sheep into his den, after signing for the $1,000 seminar there was not going to be any return of cash or bonus's earned. No one in the room would be able to close a deal in 6 months. People lined up to pay their $1,000....they must of hauled in 50K before 11AM.
He had three conferences this week, possibly $150K take in 5 days.
Nice hustle Dean.

Guy is a total joke
Guy is a total joke; didn’t show up on time; throws a seminar at a Hilton; no free coffee and wastes everyone’s time. They just want your money so run away. Anyone can do what he does.

Scam artists: Dean Graziosi is selling out and not delivering.
Scam.
I went to a "Dean Graziosi live event" in Edmonton in July 2019.
He didn't show. Instead Steven S. from Interactive trader showed up and shared a 10 min video with Dean and started. "Steve is great at motivating people, and then what? You need the tools. Thats why I am here"
So that was the start of a surprising 1.5 hours sales pitch in front of 300 people in Delta Hotel who didn't get what they had signed up for. I met 2 friends of mine there that were as surprised as I.
The worst part was that their sales pitch selling a 3 day trader course for $1,300(!!) was super successful as they were promising money back. You can get your money back IF: I read up on their clauses: it ain't easy.
Afterwards I went up to Steven and asked him why Dean didn't show as that had been marketed to us: "I just show up and do my part. I have nothing to do with the event. And I have a bunch of calls to do now so bye now!"
Scam business playing on false hopes and even luring people in and not delivering speaker as promised.

Just wish I didn’t have to run into his…
Just wish I didn’t have to run into his advertisement every time I listen to stuff I’m actually interested in. True teachers will not go out of their way tooting their own horn. A salesman, on the other hand, will knock on every door selling you dreams all day every day. That’s Dean- a greedy, excellent salesman wearing a teacher’s skin.
