It received 1 star only because I couldn't give it zero stars. This company allows you make an order includes postage charges your card then sends the items under a fraudulently produce postage label then the postage won't deliver until you pay the postage that they should have paid. In my case the postage was comparable to the cost of the items I ordered. I am frustrated because they don't respond to emails and I want a refund of my money. Ordered 1/25/26, received letter from USPS on 2/9/26. After sending an email stating they were going refund my order and the additional postage, they only refunded the order amount.

We’re very sorry for the frustration this caused. We understand you already contacted our support team and received a refund for the order amount. We’d like to review the remaining postage issue again and make sure this is handled properly. Please use Trustpilot’s information request to share your order number or checkout email, so we can locate the case and review the USPS postage notice and previous refund details. Thank you, Dealz Dive Support
