PACKAGING FOR SHIPPING QUESTIONABLE
Shipping time lengthier than I'd like. Product came slightly crushed due to shipping handling but that can be expected. The product wasn't working properly due to the rough handling in shipping but I was able to get it to work after some tweaking. Advise bubble wrapping for shipping to avoid damage in future.

We’re glad you were able to get it working, but we also agree that better protection during shipping is important. Not impressed.
Haven't learned how to make it stick to my dash without using the included pad. It will not stick on its own. I'm not sure I want to use the adhesive backed pad on my dash. Not very impressed. Would not recommend at this point.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. For this holder, you do need to use the included dashboard pad for a secure grip, especially on textured or curved dashboards. The pad is designed to be removable and should not leave residue when removed properly. We also mention on our website that the dashboard pad should be used for best results. Please try installing it with the pad, and if you still face any issue, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
