I recently purchased a new Nikon D750 Body from Deals All Year. The shipping was fast and I got my new camera right away. Unfortunately there was a problem with the camera as it would not make contact with any of my lenses. I contacted Mr White and explained the situation. He was reassuring and made some suggestions to check to be sure it was indeed the camera that was malfunctioning. I did the extra checks and sadly the camera was not working properly. Mr White was attentive and immediately sent me the directions to return the camera for a replacement. I shipped the camera back and received a replacement very quickly. Of course I was nervous throughout this process and I am happy to say that Mr White took all my calls and reassured me that I would get a new camera. I am happy to report that he kept his word and my new Nikon D750 works perfectly! Thanks Mr White! I am going to have a great birthday now!

I've shopped with a few of the other notable Camera shops and they always try and up sell me with a vengeance, not here. I ordered a DSLR and needed it the next day for class and Kevin made that happen for me by entering all in by hand for speed. I appreciated that. Let's see if it gets here!

Deals All Year had a Canon 5DS-R listed on eBay for about $900 less than the major sellers (they had it for $2,800 and it is usually $3,700). I never heard of Deals All Year and was nervous about buying from them. Their eBay reviews looked pretty good though. So I rolled the dice and ordered it. Later, I got a call from the owner and I thought, "oh great, here comes the 'switch' part of the 'bait and switch.' But he was clearing up a discrepancy on my address (he did take the opportunity to push a warranty though). Anyway, he sent the camera, and I got it the next day (which was great considering I only paid for 2-day shipping). Everything looks perfect. Given the price, I am mindful that this camera could be an import model, but everything about it looks great. End result: I have an awesome camera for WAY less than I otherwise would have paid. Consider me highly satisfied. I will buy from them again.

My daughter and I have been looking to upgrade her camera, a canon rebel t3, to something more professional as she has proven to be quite good at this talent and has even gotten to share her "work" with others. She is turning 16 this month, and has been saving for years to buy her own car, however, she had prayed about what to do and decided her upgrade on a camera was what she truly wished for. She didn't have quite enough to buy the Canon 6D on any other sites on the internet or in local camera stores. After many hours and many sites, we happened to find Deals All Year. I chose to call and speak personally with the salesman, as I had with others. I was shocked at this man's uncommon, outstanding, and welcoming personality. Not only was he personable, but knowledgeable, and kind. He graciously spoke with Gracie and I both on speaker-phone, listened to her money situation, and went above and beyond to be sure she got not only what she wanted at the price she could afford, but also surprised her with a few bonuses. I cannot say enough about this experience. Steven, you certainly made a young lady very happy and this will only help her further her abilities and talents. Thank you so much.
