As a long time Canon user I made the decision to purchase my Canon 5Ds body here knowing that it would not come with an official Canon warranty as it is grey market. I have never had any warranty issues with other bodies so felt it a safe choice. Overall the purchase went smoothly although they weren't as good at communications as other big sellers. I never got a shipping update email or tracking number but in the end the camera arrived and I was home to sign for it. Other than that it was a good transaction all the way around.

I have purchased "Sony Alpha a7 II / a72 / a7II Mirrorless Digital SLR Camera + Sony 28-70mm Lens" for $1,379 which was about $400 lower than typical price for this camera pacakage. About a week later I received a package that contains only the lens with a little note in the package saying the body will be delivered in following week. The camera body never came following week. They never reply to my Email and Ebay messages inquiring about the missing body. My guess is that they are very careful not to leave any paper trails. By the way, they do answer phone calls. Every time I call the seller and inquire about the remaining camera body that the seller did not ship, the seller kept saying "it will be sent out next week". I always get a same "stuck-at-customs" excuse to imply a cancel. Funny thing is they were still selling the camera body through Ebay and Amazon.com with 9 of them in stock! I have purchased the camera and body on 2/9/2017. The latest shipping update I have received from them was "It will be delivered between 3/7 and 3/15. That's more than five weeks since I paid for the item. I had to open a "Case" with Ebay to get a refund. This is one sneaky Ebay seller. They know all the Ebay tricks to maintain their seller rating high. They know buyers can not leave negative feed backs while the "Case" in progress or when the buyer cancelled the transaction by returning the items they bought. If I you read a negative Ebay feed back left by someone who purchase the same camera package (Ebay Item #111871987304) but somehow able to received the package, you can see the same frustrating experience he went through with this seller. This Ebay seller sold 113 Sony A7 "body only" and "body and lens packges" under same Ebay Item # but you only see about 20 feed backs on this Ebay item (#111871987304). Please don't be fooled by Ebay feedback ratings of this seller. Update (3/19/2017): Deals_All_Year attempted to take this review down by reporting to TrustPilot that "This order was not placed with our store and it is not on file please remove". I had to supply the proof of purchase to TrustPilot to reinstate my review.

after surfing the web for deal on the camera i wanted and almost settling for another camera i came accross Deals all years and before making a purchased i had a few question I was lucky to get a reply back from Steve who not only answered all my questions but gave me a great deal on the camera i wanted. Steve really gave me what i wanted and gave me a great deal on it and made me comfortable with my purchase and i felt i got individual attention and service, even though it was a phone call and first time talking to Steve it felt very friendly and like it was a friend helping me. I have been looking to upgrade to a higher grade camera for quite sometime but have never found a deal I felt was cost effective for me as a YouTuber. Recently I stumbled on a good price for Canon 80D from Deals All Year and went ahead and took the plunge. Low and behold, Steve calls me the next day just to make sure I knew exactly what was included with the auction I had won and to also make sure I knew the pros and cons of it. Beyond that, Steve stayed in touch through out the shipping process to make sure the Camera and accessories (which were shipped separately) arrived on time and that I was satisfied with what I received. No matter how hard purchasing through ebay was and dealing with the infuritating payment processor of PayPal in order to purchase my camera equipment, I still had an awesome online business experience with Deals All Year. Solely because of a man named Steven White. Steven White worked with me through every obstacle you can imagine. For example, when I tried to make my purchase directly through ebay, PayPal denied my payment through my account, my card alone, and even through their own recommendation of recieving and paying through an invoice sent by the seller to myself. However, Steven thought of another way and recommended that I wire transfer them the money directly. This way I didn't have to deal with PayPal anymore and was able to improve my order purchase experience by making it MUCH MUCH easier.
