Deals All Year is a really good company with great people inside. 3 years ago, I bought through their store on e-bay, my Canon EOS Mark IV and the fast shipping, the great customer service was completely awesome. Guys 5 stars for you. I received my brand-new camera with the best price on the market at that time. Currently Working like a charm, thanks guys you’re great. • Few days ago I was looking for the new Canon EOS R, the mirrorless body. I called directly to the Store, I met Steven and again gave me the best price on the market and the best customer service experience, so I traveled from Dominican Republic to New Jersey to buy my new system. My surprise when I arrived to Deals all Year store was that I met the man who attend me from the begining, Steven White, the same man who attend me through a lot of e-mails, calls, including WhatsApp (Sorry Steven) really good guy with a huge knowledge, thanks for the several tips. I have been looking to buy a new Canon for the past 2 months, Iv had the Canon Rebel T6 for several years and last year I decided to take a photography class and learn more about how to use a dslr camera and be a better photographer. I essentially bought the camera to capture shots for when I travel, but recently I started doing family portraits, weddings, and parties. I realized that I needed new equipment with better features. After testing out the Sony A6300, I loved all the features and sharpness of the photos, but I preferred the brand that I had been use to, which is Canon. After I continued researching the pros and cons to different Canon models, I started looking for something particular that I wanted in a camera which was the adjusted brightness in dark settings, which is when I found the Canon 5d Mark IV. When I read that this model was great in low-lighting, I was immediately sold. Being a college student, with all my expenses, I did not want to pay the full 3000 for this model. I did research for several weeks and came across this website, DealsAllYear. I was skeptical about buying such an expensive camera from a grey market, but I could not find another website that was a great price for it. I decided to contact DealsAllYear and spoke with Steven in regards to buying the Canon 5d Mark IV. I explained to him that I wanted a USA version that I can register with Canon. Steven informed me of the USA model that they had and that he would add in an extra battery and car charger for the price of 2400. I immediately was sold by the price and his friendly demeanor made it a smooth and exciting purchase. I was concerned about recieving it in time for the weekend that was coming up and without exprrssing my concern, he said he would have it delivered in 3 business days. I immediately thought, oh great, I would have it in time for the weekend which is when I needed it by. Steven was such a sweet and friendly salesman and invested his time in assisting me with my purchase. After receiving an invoice that Tuesday evening, my transaction was processed, however, I was concerned because I did not receive a confirmation that my purchase was successful and when It would be shipped. I received an email to rate the callers performance however not any shipment confirmation, I contacted Steven via email and he said that I would receive an email the following Monday and It should be delivered by Wednesday or Thursday. I was immediately dissatisfied at the fact that I was told 3 business days that I would receive my purchase and then was told I would receive it a week later and I had yet to receive processing/shipment information. I immediately called DealsAllYear the following day, Wednesday and spoke to Kevin regarding my concern about not receiving the camera in time for the weekend. I advised him that I wanted a refund and that I was going to pay the 3000 at a local store. He said that he would assist me in resolving the problem and that it was going to be delivered by Saturday, I let him know that I had not received any shipment email and that I was just told other information regarding a delivery date and that I just wanted my refund. He understood my concern and said he would send me a copy of the shipment tracking information showing that the delivery will be for Friday instead. I advised him that I would wait on the phone until the email was received to ensure the information was correct. I'm pleased to say that my camera was overnighted and received within the 3 business days from when the order was processed. I was skeptical about this purchase, however the exceptional customer service from Steven and Kevin has made me satisfied with my purchase. My Canon 5d Mark IV is working great so far and I can now say that I would recommend DealsAllYear. Thanks again for your assistance, it was a pleasure!

My goodness! Where do I even start! Deals All Year (aka. Steven White the Dream Maker) has been the most amazing, honest, reliable, seller I've ever dealt with. I've purchased three camera bodies from their store and have had nothing but an absolute AMAZING experience dealing with them each time, so much so, that I will keep coming back for years to come to fuel the GAS (Gear-Acquisition-Syndrome), it's a real thing. When it comes to how they make you feel as a customer, the impression lasts. It's always a pleasure speaking with them, they make it feel like a familial atmosphere, which I really appreciate. It's less 'factory-farmed-business' and more 'small-family' run which I really value. All in all, I can't help but urge you, if you're reading this, to just do it. Buy the camera you're looking to buy, but buy it from them. Don't buy it from a grey-market seller that provides no warranty. Buy it from Deals All Year. No gimmicks, no sacrifice. I've purchased new and used Canon equipment before but this is my first gray market experience. After reading reviews on trusted photography websites I decided to purchase an amazing bundle at Deals All Year. I ordered a bundle that included a Canon 5D iv, a Canon battery grip, and a Canon 600EX II-RT Speedlite. I ordered it on a Friday night and on Monday I received a call where they explained to me what I was purchasing was gray market and they offered to sell me an in-house warranty. I politely declined without any hassle or bother and later that day my bundle was shipped. It took a few days to cross the entire continent (NJ to CA coast) but I expected that and was in no rush. My order arrived today and was in perfect order. The outer box was a little dented thanks to UPS but the contents and their packaging were perfect. First, the camera. It was new and unwrapped. It came with a Canon 5D iv strap, two cords that both work, a genuine canon battery and charger, and the eyepiece. I was able to register it with Canon USA with no issues. It had zero shutter activations (confirmed with 3rd party software) and the camera works flawlessly. Second, the battery grip is the genuine Canon grip for the 5D iv and it was registered with Canon and works perfectly. Third, the Speedlite is the genuine article, flawless, and registered with no issues. I had some concern ordering from Deals All Year but decided to take the plunge and I'm very happy I did. I know I got a great deal on this camera and the add-ons for much less money than if I had ordered from the other big-name online retailers. I've owned nothing but Canon equipment and have never had any issues whatsoever and I don't expect issues with this purchase. Just expect a phone call and a sales offer to purchase a non-Canon warranty. The gentleman who talked with me was super-kind and politely explained the gray market and the options. Again, because I have never had any issues through the years with anything made by Canon I declined the offer. This was my first experience with them and I would not hesitate to do it again for an instant.
