Recently I was heading out with a group to conduct a photo walk and learn. I was in need of filters for my lens, with no time to order online. Quick Google search pointed me toward "Deals All Year". With an eye roll I thought this place was another "As-seen-on-TV" shop by a different name. The internet told me Walmart, Target and Best Buy did not carry what I was looking for. So I took a chance on Deals All Year. As soon as I walked in I knew I was in the right place. Wall-to-wall camera equipment. Video, still camera, lighting, accessories. Pricing? Seemed spot on and they had what I wanted. Trustworthy and honest? Not only did I get a decent price for the lens filters, but they contacted me couple days later informing me that they missed a rebate offer on the filters. I returned to the shop thinking I was getting store credit, but instead they handed me cash back. Friendly and knowledgeable, combined with the above, will have me returning again and again.

I found this company by accident and what a find. I am been watching the cost of a Canon 5d mark iv from $2,700.00 to $3,200.00. This site (Deals All Year) was selling 5d mark iv for $2,300.00. The camera was ordered and Stephen called the next day to confirm the order. He told me when the camera would arrived(arrived one day earlier). My assistant was using the camera and would not give it back to me. I called Deals All Year and spoke to Stephen and told him I had a Canon 50d, 5D Mark ii and 5D Mark iii to trade in. He ask me to give him an hour and within the hour he gave me a deal I could not refuse. I am now a proud owner of my 2nd Canon 5D mark iv. The customer service is outstanding. I have loved photography for as long as i can remember. When my parents surprised me with the Canon Rebel T3 on my 11th birthday, I had never been so happy in my life. I would use the camera to photograph my brothers soccer games, my sister’s college events, and family vacations. That camera is single handedly responsible for thousands of views on youtube. My baby and I have traveled from Canada to Florida together, down to the Dominican Republic and Jamaica and far and wide from California to Thailand. Photography has truly changed my life. This is why my heart broke, when one day my baby wouldn’t turn on. My camera has not had one single technical glitch in the 8 years we have been together and then one day she just decides it’s time for her to stop working. I was away at school and couldn't fix it there so once I got home from school I was determined to get it fixed. My dad had looked at it and given up hope in her revival. I took her to Walmart, Target, and Best Buy, none of them could do anything. Then I went to Deals All Day. I knew I was at the right place immediately once Steven started small talk with Game of Thrones. I had a suspicion that the battery was the root of the problem, when I took my camera to the big corporations they were forbidden by regulations and return policies to help me. If i wanted to see if the battery was the problem, Best Buy employees were telling me to buy a new battery and test it out, even though their camera batteries are nonrefundable so if the battery was not the issue I just wasted all of that money. But, when I went to Deals All Day Steven immediately grabs a replacement battery and plugs it in to see if it would revive my baby, my passion. Although I just met Steven that day, his expertise in the photography field and excellent customer service led me to trust him with my baby overnight, in order to run further diagnostics. Within hours of leaving my camera at Deals all Day, I received a call from Steven with an exact diagnosis and better yet, a solution to fix my baby. No big cooperation can provide the amazing customer service, wisdom, and quality of service that was provided for by Deals all Day. From now on I without a doubt will carry out all of my future photography purchases, difficulties and anything else, exclusively with Deals all Day. They give amazing deals on quality photography and videography equipment and are unmatched in their dedication to their community! Additionally, I will be telling all of my friends who have a similar passion for photography to do the same as me. Deals all day is such a great local, hometown business with photographic knowledge and customer service like no other! 500000 stars!

WE LOVE DEALS-ALL-YEAR!! Excellent service!! Had to return the Canon 5D Mark IV and replace with the Sony A7R III (My team is switching from canon to Sony; last minute at that...) and they were VERY FAST, VERY RESPONSIVE, and more importantly RIGHT ON TIME!!! Again we cannot rave at how great customer support, and satisfaction are innumerable !! WE LOVE DEALS-ALL-YEAR!!! :D!

Purchased an new Cannon EOS R with 24-105 RF lens from Deals all Year. Steven W was outstanding as I had originally ordered the EOS RP, but when he called to confirm the order I explained I was unsure and maybe should upgrade to the R. He spent the time to explain all the pros / cons of both models and did not try and up-sell me to the more featured model, but based on his excellent comparison of both I decided the R was a better fit. His follow up after I placed the ordered was also above and beyond what one would normally expect from a web retailer. I called him to check on the status of the order as i needed delivery on time. He promptly followed up with UPS, got a confirmed delivery date and called me back within the hour promised. Amazing ! Then the icing on the cake was he texted me later in the day to say he had seen the status updated and I should expect delivery one day ahead of when I needed to receive it. My experience with with Steven and Deals of the Year was first rate and I will use them in future for all my camera needs. Trust me these guys are great!

I started taking photos casually about 3 years ago. It was difficult for me to learn, I studied video for the majority of my life. As time progressed I started to notice a change in my work and so did my professors. I went from not being able to compose a photo properly to presenting work in front of panels and jurors. I do a wide range of photography and videography. From sports and events, to portraits and contemporary art photos. I realized I would need a camera and lens that allows me to be versatile. That lead to gear research and trying to get the best possible deals on equipment (while being on a students budget). I’ve found no better place than Deals All Year. Steven sold me my first pro body (Canon 1DX Mark ii) a few years ago, as well as recently a Canon 70-200 f 2.8 viii. There has always been exceptional customer service. The best prices I’ve seen on the internet (and I look A LOT), shipping is always right on time, and you can tell the people working there love what they do. They give honest reviews and recommendations on the products, and encourage you to try and find a better deal than what they offer (which I’ve never found). I’ll continue to look towards them for my camera equipment.

I have purchased Canon 5D IV last year ,and this year I just purchased 70-200 f2.8 III in May. From both experiences, I would highly recommend to purchase lens or camera body in DealsAllYear. Simple answer: their service is very good; they were patient to introduce products to me and provide me the best deal. So, why not DealsAllYear!!!!!!!
