While deployed in the Middle East during the hight of the COVID-19 crisis I needed support for a shipment from DealsAllYear. A package I ordered was lost in the mail and was also a expensive item i mistakenly ordered. The team found the item, and even though it was beyond the return date (due to carrier issues) still assisted me beyond what I could have hoped. I ended up sending “Steve” a hat from base as a thank you. Greatly appreciated his assistance!

I ordered an import model and lens from this company and found out three hours later I needed to be shooting on a US model. Stephen was very understanding and refunded me within one business day. He really cares about their customers and customer satisfaction, having a good experience with the company. If going to buy import-- I would recommend this company.
