Since you can't seem to find any way to communicate with the people that run it, they were ripping me off on one game and have before.. but I made sure this time. Machine I was being 10 coins. It would take ten on the spin and ten again when it stopped and pretty sure it was taking more on any wins.. and this isn't the only one

Def a scam site. Took my money and didn’t give me my redemption. Told me I had to wait 3 days then it’ll automatically be deposited. Well it wasn’t. Customer service is through email only and they respond generically. Never respond to question. Woke up today blocked apparently because of my state. No warning, no email and definitely still not my redemption

Purchased many packages. Waiting on redemption. Can’t get them to reply to email or respond to anything.

Found dealornodealwin.com a couple of weeks ago and it immediately stood out from every other sweepstakes site I've tried. The fact they have an actual Deal or No Deal partnership gives you a level of confidence you just don't get elsewhere. This isn't some random no-name site, it's a proper brand behind it and you can tell from the quality of the games and the whole experience. Signed up in minutes, games are fun and feel authentic to the show, and I've already cashed out a small win with zero hassle. When a site is backed by a brand this big you expect it to be done right, and it is.

It has now been over a week and I've only gotten one response from an actual person from their support staff. And that butthole only asked how he can help. They do nothing but steal your money. I'm reporting to Better business bureau. For scamming and probably money laundering. Seeing how they don't like to pay out what people won.

I reached out to the company originally after spending some money on their website and asking them to close my account indefinitely. They do not offer the option to close on the site through the responsible gaming tab like other platforms. While waiting for them to close my account as requested I spent more. I take ownership for that. What I don’t appreciate is the fact that instead of being understanding they instead suggested a spending limit instead of closing upon request. It took them a long time to get back to me and during that time I spent way more than I ever wanted to on this site. I have one redemption which they make you wait 72hrs before they approve it, and it still hasn’t hit. Just sucks that instead of offering easier options like other sites to close the account they make you wait in hopes of playing more and when they finally respond they try to keep you playing by offering spending limits or “offers”. Definitely shady tactics

Deal or no deal processed my redemption quickly and the verification process was both thorough and easy to do!! I have been scammed by too many sites and it’s refreshing to deal with one that makes things easy when you actually win!
