There might of been an email before, but every email I tried to send said that we’ve moved, plus when I did the daily spin it said that I won 25 spins but didn’t get them.

Beware that this site has a 72 hour holding period before you are able to request any kind of redemption. After the 72 hours have passed, you can put in a request which will take multiple days to process. Very bizarre. Long story short, I bought a package, had some fun, but was able to redeem. It took a full 8 days from the time of my first play. Game selction is good and site functions well. Customer service is also very slow and email only. This site functions, but is just not up to far with modern standards. I do not see this lasting.

They paid me in less than a week after putting in my redemption. The game selection is good. There are a lot of these sites popping up now and a majority of them are questionable, Dealonodealwin is fine in my book.

Great, after reading these reviews Im even less hopeful of getting the money I won. Ive been trying a couple of weeks now and they keep denying my debit card but it doesn't give me a way to edit payment options. This is one of the most difficult sites for getting help, im guessing I'll be getting locked out here pretty soon. This will be the 4th.
