Great, after reading these reviews Im even less hopeful of getting the money I won. Ive been trying a couple of weeks now and they keep denying my debit card but it doesn't give me a way to edit payment options. This is one of the most difficult sites for getting help, im guessing I'll be getting locked out here pretty soon. This will be the 4th. Site that has done the same thing, win, no contact, generic answers if any and then when you next sign in you have been locked out. I think the use of the Deal name leads to people having too much trust.

Since you can't seem to find any way to communicate with the people that run it, they were ripping me off on one game and have before.. but I made sure this time. Machine I was being 10 coins. It would take ten on the spin and ten again when it stopped and pretty sure it was taking more on any wins.. and this isn't the only one

Def a scam site. Took my money and didn’t give me my redemption. Told me I had to wait 3 days then it’ll automatically be deposited. Well it wasn’t. Customer service is through email only and they respond generically. Never respond to question. Woke up today blocked apparently because of my state. No warning, no email and definitely still not my redemption

Purchased many packages. Waiting on redemption. Can’t get them to reply to email or respond to anything.
