Heroic Service when it went wrong.
After poor service in local Jaguar Dealership I rang Jaguar Head office Customer Services for help. Numbers on Emergency card in handbook folder. They got me tyres for my XK ,delivered them to a local tyre dealer and gave me a £250 credit ! Tyres were £100 cheaper each than the Jaguar dealer ! Tyres could not be delivered to Jaguar dealer as they did not have a Pirelli account !!

Very Poor Standard Of Car Prep
After buying an xtype, on the basisi of a full service before collection I got a service reminder card 2 weeks later. I took the car in and was given a 2500 estimate of work that had to be done. I complained to Jag head quaters and they covered the cost. Appleyard tell me it is not their policy to service vehicles prior to sale. Disgusting service, I have never returned
