Deadbolt Mystery Society is my all time favorite murder mystery box! (Sometimes it's just a mystery...without a murder.) Most boxes take an average of 2-3 hours to complete, so I really feel like I'm getting my money's worth. They definitely lean heavily on the puzzle aspect of mystery solving, so if you love all kinds of puzzles, these are the perfect boxes for you!

We always enjoy the boxes. We all have different strength on puzzles so it's nice for some brain testing every now and then.

This company has amazing customer experience. They truly care about their customers and making sure that people who purchase their products have a good experience. I have been a subscriber for 2 or 3 years at this point and have never been disappointed. One month I accidentally threw away a collector card that came with my box. DMS actually sent me a new one even though I was the one completely at fault! I can't say enough good things about this company.

I still remember my first box over a year ago! It was sent to me as a gift and it has honestly been one of the best gifts I've ever received. I love the premise of these mysteries, the intricate puzzles you need to solve to gather clues, and the thrill of the hunt! This is a fantastic evening activity to do to tickle your brain with some fun brain teasers and let the plots of the mysteries pull you in until you find the culprit. It makes you feel like you're a real detective! My coworker and I always love talking the case the following week and compliment the company on all of the hard work they put into making little details from each box so compelling and interesting for us.

The mystery approach of The Deadbolt Mystery Society is incredibly innovative and enjoyable. The detail to the story lines is always intriguing and begs you to become involved in figuring out “whodunnit.” My wife and I love spending a Friday date night solving another deviously conceived case. Two thumbs up.

Great mystery game boxes! We have subscribed for over two years and bought many one-time boxes and haver regretted a one. And customer service is excellent. Very responsive to questions.
