The Deadbolt Mystery Society is a company i love supporting. The game boxes are challenging, fun, well written and have a great story. The entire package is well thought out. They send updates for shipping and once shipped things always arrive on time. They have great emails with updates, and special one time boxes or reprints and everything I've purchased has been wonderful.

Very fast turn around time! Love the books, too. Wish the tshirts that were available for preorder came back.

The company was readily available by email, and very responsive to concerns about delivery. I had ordered the box for my granddaughter for her birthday, and she had not given me her complete address, unbeknownst to me. The delivery was attempted but could not be completed. Deadbolt Mystery Society notified me they were unable to deliver her package, and I was able to obtain the rest of the shipping address from her, and I think they will now be able to deliver it.

One of the reps helped me place an order with a coupon to save me money. My brother and I already played The Dark and Stormy Night, and it was a blast! Looking forward to digging into the other mysteries.

My two girlfriends and I get together a few times a month to play these games and we love them. We have played games from several other companies, but these ones are the best!
