Content is great. I really enjoy the mysteries. My main complaint is shipping. Living on the West Coast shipping can take 7+ days.

It was my first try at something like this. Maybe it was my inexperience but having every file need a password with no clear place to start was frustrating. I was doing this alone and it has taken me longer than 3 hours. Thanks for the reply. I understand the process better and have already ordered another box! 😊

Hi Marsha, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. In your mystery you should have a Start Here instruction sheet that tells you how our mysteries work. Then, you should have a Beginning Brief that provides you with the scenario of the case and then gives you a starting point towards the end for your investigation. Files that are password protected are done so to give you the feeling of progressing through solving the case. Each file that you unlock is like getting a break in the case. We have both hint files and solutions files for each mystery on our website, in addition to a Facebook Hint Group for our members. And 3 hours solo is great! On average based on DMS member feedback, our mysteries take 2.5- 3 hours to solve. Feel free to email us and we will be happy to assist you in any way that we can to make your experience the best that we can.
