Thanks for your feedback, Pete! And we completely agree that is a long time to wait and not the standard that we hold ourselves to. Your purchase came during one of our Halloween promotions. While we added text to our One-Time Boxes page that said shipping times were a little longer due to volume, we are still sorry that it took you that long to receive your mysteries. We will take your feedback and see how we can refine things on our end. We do appreciate you picking up some of our mysteries and hope you enjoy solving them.

Hi, Nichole! We are sorry that you have not received your shipment. It appears that your order was placed on January 1 and we shipped your order on January 3 with tracking information emailed to you. This is the first we are hearing about your issue. We have checked both customer service email accounts we use and don't see any correspondence from you about this issue. We definitely want to make sure you get the games you paid for. Please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] and we will take care of you. Again, we are sorry that you have not received your shipment.

Hey Christine, we are sorry that you felt the need to leave us a 1-star review when we were actively trying to work with you on this matter to get it resolved. You emailed us on October 14th about your package being delivered but not being there. Our customer service representative responded to your email within three hours on the same day stating, "Thanks for reaching out. I apologize that you did not receive your package yesterday. The quickest way to hopefully find your package is for you to contact your local post office or mail carrier. We do also see where packages show delivered and they aren't until the next day. If your post office or mail carrier cannot help you or they say it was delivered, please let me know and we will reach out to our USPS representative." Nowhere in that email does it state, "we can’t do much." We never heard back from you until you decided to leave us this negative review. We wanted you to check with your postal representative because we see many times that the issues get resolved on the local level when this happens. We are just now responding to this review that you left 6 days ago because once we saw the review we emailed you directly in the chain of communication we had with you to see if we could help get this resolved. As of this moment (November 21), we still have not heard back from you in regards to this matter. We see situations like this all the time and we make sure that our customers get the products they pay for. We have simply been waiting to hear back from you before we took any further actions. We are still more than happy to make sure you get what you paid for if you would please respond to the email we sent you.

Hi Sarah, thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback about your experience. This is definitely not what we hope to have be the result. Our boxes go through an extensive testing process to make sure that they are solvable without hints. Before our mysteries go to print, we test with single testers, group testers, brand new testers (never solved a mystery before), veteran testers (solved many mysteries before), testers with advanced college degrees, testers without high school diplomas, and testers with other variables. We do this to refine the product and to make the product as user-friendly as possible. The box that you mentioned throwing away, Last Resort, was voted by our DMS members as the DMS 2021 Box of the Year as denoted by the gold ribbon on the box cover. This award means that out of all monthly subscription boxes that we released in 2021, this was the DMS member favorite. Again, we are sorry that this was your experience.

Hi Kelsey, we are sorry that you feel like you were ignored, You sent us an email on April 19th at 1:04PM inquiring about a gift that you purchased. At 1:15PM, our customer service representative responded to your email and outlined our subscription shipping policy for the 1-month gift subscription that you purchased. We aren't certain why you didn't receive our response, but we responded less than 15 minutes after receiving your email. Again, we are sorry that you felt ignored in this matter. We promise we didn't ignore you.
