Backdrop was wrinkled and showed…
Backdrop was wrinkled and showed wrinkles with every test shoot. Tried to iron it and changed lighting multiple times. Tried to get info to return it and company wanted pictures to try to help. This was after the shoot and an inconvenience to download pictures to send to them.

I ordered 6 heavy duty containers
I ordered 6 heavy duty containers. The advertisement showed large containers able to hold several large blankets. I received 6 containers the size of a shaving kit. They are trying to settle by offering a refund of 30.00 instead of the 85.00 that I paid. The address was traced to a different location. I am in the process of reporting to the Attorney General office. I will post results.

I ordered the Princess Crown sparkle…
I ordered the Princess Crown sparkle Backdrop (8’x8’)and customized it for my daughter’s baby shower. I placed my order and Lisa immediately (accounting for the time difference) contacted me with two previews to consider. I asked her to tweak one by including text from our invitation and extending the design to the edges. She then sent me the final preview for my approval. Within a few days, I received shipping information. Since I had a deadline, I reached out to Lisa to ensure my order arrived on time, and it did, well before the shower. Do not be concerned if shipping info requires a day or so to update, The whole process took a little under two weeks. It would have been faster if I was sure of my design. I live in the U.S. in MA for context. I was thrilled with the result. The design was outstanding and fun, setting the tone for the event. Excellent communication, quality product at a fair price, and fast shipping (I did pay for rush). Lisa and her team did an outstanding job, and I will definitely work with them again for my next event! Thank you!
