The size we ordered is the perfect fit for our double garage door. Easy installation especially after watching a Youtube segment.

Positives: Lisa was very courteous. Product arrived on time. Negatives: Product was seriously sub-par and unusable. Company made it extremely difficult to get my money on the purchase back. I ended up settling for $70 out of $129 because "You know most online business are low margin.". I will not order from this company again as they do not stand behind their product.

The backdrop is wonderful. We did have a problem with one of the bolts bending and had to replace it with one we purchased from a hardware store.

Backdrop looked great, however, the stand arrived with no instructions and was unable to be set up in time. We had to ask production for a pipe kit in order to use the backdrop. There was no time to troubleshoot by calling for support during installation.

I have purchased as of recently two backdrops from DBackdrop. Both backdrops are very elegant in their design. These were purchased as Fine Art backdrops. I see visions as to the end product before I begin shooting these portraits. DBackdrop delivers just what I am looking for in my vision. And in the quality of craftmanship. They meet customers' needs and deliver these items in a timely manner. Will definitely buy again from this company. William Carter.

I rec'd my tapestry in a well packaged box and on time. The tapestry or backdrop is pretty impressive and I'm very happy with my item.
