I had a really great experience with Day Translations. I was in China and needed a couple of pretty urgent translations done from English to Chinese. I was able to get a response from one of their agents within a couple of minutes after emailing them my documents. As soon as I approved the cost of the translations, they were able to get the translations done within 1-2 business days. Also, if I had any urgent questions to ask them, I was able to chat with someone online right away from their website. The last day in Shanghai, I realized that there were some modifications that needed to be done on the translations. I was pretty panicked, as I was afraid that they wouldn't be able to fix the translations in time. But after chatting with one of their agents, they were able to fix the translations immediately as well as have the original documents ready for me to pick up from their Shanghai branch office. I was pretty amazed at how quickly and efficiently everything was done! Furthermore, their translations were accurate.

Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. Almost instant quote for my translation. I also received my completed translation days before the target date I selected. Very impressive. I highly recommend this company.

Years later when I needed the electronic version, and did not have it because I was overseas, they sent it to me, again very quickly.
