After starting with the company I used their firms platform, upon completing my required steps and challenges they informed me that they would not allow me to trade on their platform anymore and that I was required to use a new one, after completing this hurdle I was met with more stipulations and surprise rules that I followed, each step in my progress was met with more hoops, when confronted and questioned about this I was met with hostility and no compassion. This firm made multiple claims that were proven false and the platform they advocate has many issues which were screenshot and recorded, even with proof there was no form of compassion or compensation. Just anger. The final straw was that upon receiving a live account and after being told it was similar to the evaluation I had passed, they closed my account early and did not allow me a chance to get accustomed to yet another new platform they informed me to use. The misrepresentation and blatant lies are what will keep me from using this firm or advocating for it again. As a former ambassador for them, I am sorry for anyone I exposed to their shady business practices. I will be taking steps to be remedied for their contract breaches and refusal to correct their falsely advertised products. Edit: 9 months later I get a reply to my issue.

The support team is awesome, just asked some questions to test them. Always polite and good answer, and they follow up to make sure that the question is solved. They also have spanish speaking people in the helpdesk team. Also they show you the clear path to real accounts. Just read the TOS and be sure that your platform is supported, Ninja is ending relations with some props.

DayTraders should be avoided. In the copier, my DayTrader accounts have consistently showed less profit than my other accounts, sometimes by hundreds of dollars. Today, I did a test trade using 1 micro and I was using a copier with a SIM as the lead account. The SIM account shows $1.48 profit, while the DayTrader account shows a negative of ($5.00). That is just an example of what my accounts have been doing since purchasing DayTrader accounts a couple of weeks ago. You can imagine what the loss would have been if I were trading mini's. There is also no support if this happens.

Where to begin. Bought a 300k account from them on their sale for 90% off. Assuming I could use Ninjatrader with their rithmic, nope Ninjatrader not supported. No problem, they have connection instructions for motivewave, I've used props that use them before, nope they stopped supporting them in April(No mention of it on the website). I also go to the dashboard to look at my totals, I do see where commission is charged but no where on the dash does it tell you what commissions were chared for what, there is just money missing. Guess we are supposed to calculate this ourselves. I asked them to refund me prior to trading the account due to all this, but I was told no refunds.........try someplace else.

I just received my first Payout from DayTraders, and up to this point, i´m very happy with theyre way of doing things. Glad to be here, and I hope this is the beginning of a long-lasting relationship. Grateful!
