Very terrible company who do not value…
Very terrible company who do not value their traders. I was trading 11 50k static accounts. And there was a glitch in the Onyx (rthymic) platform which did not allow me close out my trades and closed the trade out on its own, where i saw that the account has blown. Reached out to support, there was no empathy at all from the assigned agent (I***). Rithmic even put it in writing that DayTraders controls the setting that caused the issue. Yet nothing was done or any help or support offered.
