Very terrible company who do not value their traders.
I was trading 11 50k static accounts.
And there was a glitch in the Onyx (rthymic) platform which did not allow me close out my trades and closed the trade out on its own, where i saw that the account has blown.
Reached out to support, there was no empathy at all from the assigned agent (I***).
Rithmic even put it in writing that DayTraders controls the setting that caused the issue.
Yet nothing was done or any help or support offered.

WARNING: DayTraders is an absolute scam – DO NOT give them your money!
If you are thinking about using DayTraders, keep your money and run. I just got completely robbed by their broken platform, and their so-called manager is honestly the absolute worst person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service.
I was trading nine 25k static accounts and a 100k master account. I followed every single rule, managed my risk perfectly, and my equity was sitting safely above the drawdown limit. I was literally at the finish line to get passed. Then, out of nowhere, their automated system glitched during an overnight adjustment, completely erased my open profits, and wrongfully auto-liquidated all my 25k accounts.
To be fair, the initial front-line chat rep was actually polite and tried to help. But the second my ticket got escalated to the risk team, the pure scam started.
They dragged me through two full days of exhausting back-and-forth hassle. They tried to blame my trading and basically told me to go take it up with Rithmic (the data provider), clearly hoping I’d just get frustrated and give up.
But I didn’t. I went straight to Rithmic and got the actual server logs and timestamps. The raw data proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that DayTraders’ backend system mathematically failed, erased my hard-earned equity buffer without crediting my cash balance, and triggered a fake liquidation. Rithmic even put it in writing that DayTraders controls the setting that caused the issue.
I brought this undeniable proof right back to them. Enter the manager.
Once he realized they were caught red-handed, the mask came off. This guy is unbelievably arrogant. Even looking at raw server data proving their platform broke and wrongfully failed my evaluations, he flat-out refused to restore my accounts, refused to pass them, and refused to give me a refund. When he realized I wasn’t backing down, he actually threatened to permanently ban my account if I dared to file a bank chargeback.
They will gladly take your evaluation fees, let their glitchy system auto-liquidate you right at the finish line, and send you on a wild goose chase. When you bring back the proof, their manager will just pocket your money and shut the door in your face.
The company is a pure scam. I am currently executing chargebacks with my bank for every single penny. Save your time, your sanity, and your money. Stay far away!

I do not recommend this company.
I do not recommend this company.
I purchased a $40 Static Package from DayTraders. The payment was made through my Turkish bank account, and the amount was successfully charged to my account.
However, the company told me that they did not accept the payment because it was made through a Turkish bank and claimed that my bank had blocked the transaction. I contacted my bank directly, and they confirmed that the payment was processed as a purchase and that there was **no block or restriction** on the transaction.
I explained this to DayTraders, but instead of helping resolve the issue, they continued to tell me that my bank needed to remove the block — even though my bank clearly confirmed that no such block exists.
As a customer, I expect the company to properly investigate the payment and provide a solution instead of simply blaming the bank.
Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend DayTraders.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review Emir. At DayTraders, we welcome all honest feedback and we use it to improve continuously. However, dishonest feedback like yours hinders our progress. Our support team has thoroughly investigated your issue and has explained in depth how the payment process works.
Directly quoted from our customer support: "We understand your concern regarding the pending transaction on your account, and we want to clarify how this payment process works to reassure you about your funds.
When you attempted the payment, your bank initially placed a temporary hold on the $40.00 USD to verify available funds. However, due to regional card service restrictions (indicated by the transaction status "SERV NOT ALLOWED"), our system immediately voided the transaction two seconds later.
What this means for your money:
No funds were transferred to us: Because the transaction was voided immediately, we never collected or settled these funds from your card issuer.
The deduction is temporary: What you currently see on your account online or in your mobile app is a temporary authorization hold, not an actual charge.
Automatic release: Since the transaction was voided, your issuing bank will automatically release the hold and return the funds to your available balance.
Depending on your financial institution's processing timeline for international card authorizations, it typically takes between 3 to 7 business days for the temporary hold to fall off your statement completely, but can take up to 30 business days depending on your bank."
If you have any additional questions, we encourage you to reach back out to our support.

This is my comment in response to your reply to my first review, and I have the right to reply.
You are nothing but a scam, luring customers with your bogus
I am speaking based on evidence and facts, and I have proof to back this up. I challenge you, you liars, and I do not wish to use foul language so as not to have this comment removed.
In the Egypt v Australia match, no one predicted the result correctly apart from me and one other person, and I was the only one with the best prediction. I was surprised when the winner was announced – the winner didn’t even have an Instagram account to begin with 😂😂😂😂😂
It was just a name you made up 🤣🤣🤣
Unfortunately, the Trustpilot platform here doesn’t allow external links, so I can’t post a link to your bogus offers and bogus winners
And the funny thing is, this wasn’t just the case in this competition, but in all the fake competitions during the World Cup.
None of the names you announced as winners were real to begin with, and they weren’t even on Instagram 🤣😂🤣😂
You announced that he’d won the prediction for the Switzerland v Argentina match
This usernames doesn’t even exist on Instagram, and the same goes for all the other fake names you claimed had won, as well as on Platform X
I have all the screenshots to prove it, and I challenge you liars to prove otherwise. Anyone who lies about this will, of course, be a liar and untrustworthy when it comes to trading, and you won’t pay the traders
their profits. This experience shows just how dishonest you are and how little respect you have for the rules.
I urge all traders to steer well clear of this dishonest and Scam Propfirm there are other propfirm with a high level of credibility, so do not waste your money and energy on them. I challenge them to provide evidence for every word I have said.
Don't try to report my Review again
I will not remove it 😂 Scamers

Daytrader is Just a scam firm do not…
I contacted daytrader again because here on Trustpilot they suggested to contact them to ask the customer service for a review, but after contacting daytrader again and asked them for a review, daytrader chat agent said the decision can't be changed , that is really disappointing my pro 300k account was liquidated unlawfully only because I places 6 micro of mgc that will expire on 28 of April 2026 , really unbelievable

Rahman,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand how frustrating it must feel to have your account closed, especially when you believe the contract you traded was still valid.
After reviewing cases like this, it’s important to clarify that contract validity is determined by the data feed and exchange specifications, not just the visible expiration date. Certain instruments, including contracts like MGCJ6, can become non-tradable on our system prior to their final expiration due to rollover rules, liquidity shifts, or backend provider restrictions. This is done to protect traders from unintended fills or trading on illiquid/unsupported contracts.
That said, we never want any trader to feel unheard or treated unfairly. If you’ve already submitted screenshots, We'd like to personally ensure your case is reviewed again with full context. Please reply to your existing support ticket or reach out directly to our team with your account details so we can take another look and provide a clear, detailed explanation of what happened.
We are committed to transparency and to treating every trader fairly, and we appreciate the opportunity to review this further for you.

Hi,
We’ve reviewed your feedback and want to address these points directly.
First, accounts are not “reduced” arbitrarily after passing. Our live progression structure is clearly defined and designed for risk management purposes, especially when transitioning traders into real capital environments. This is not a hidden rule, and it applies consistently across all traders.
Regarding the technical issue you mentioned, we do not benefit in any way from delaying support or leaving issues unresolved. In many cases, delays occur due to the need for deeper investigation, platform dependencies, or awaiting confirmations to ensure accuracy before taking action. That said, we take these concerns seriously and are continuously improving response times and infrastructure.
As for claims of hidden rules or lack of transparency, all account parameters, progression steps, and payout conditions are outlined prior to purchase. We do not change account structures after a trader passes in a way that is intended to disadvantage them.
We also want to clarify that no user is blocked for “pointing out facts.” Users may be restricted only if they violate community guidelines, which are in place to maintain a respectful and productive environment for all traders.
We understand frustrations can arise, especially after losing an account, but we stand by the fairness and consistency of our model. If you’d like us to review your specific case in more detail, we’re open to doing so through our support team.

Clown Firm
DayTraders sends an email and says that multiple logins were detected at my location.
I explain that your alert regarding multiple logins from my location is not only expected—it’s the result of two legitimate traders operating from the same household. Treating that as an issue is both misguided and unacceptable.
I told them to disable the accounts. We will not do business with a firm whose policies fail to accommodate standard, real-world trading conditions.
Response from DayTraders.comMar 27, 2026
Hi,
We want to clarify this point, as it’s important for all traders.
Our systems may flag multiple logins from the same location as a risk indicator, not because it’s automatically a violation, but because it can be associated with account sharing or coordinated activity. This is a standard safeguard used across the industry to protect the integrity of all accounts.
Two legitimate traders in the same household is absolutely something we can review and work through. However, it does require verification to ensure both accounts are being operated independently and in line with our terms.
We respect your decision, but this is not a case of policies failing to accommodate real-world situations. It’s about maintaining a fair and secure environment for every trader on the platform.
If you ever decide to revisit, we’re always open to reviewing and accommodating legitimate setups with the proper verification in place.
