The more time I engage with Daytraders.com the more impressed I get. I passed my 2nd evaluation today ,this Sunday , and to my surprise, I got a congratulations email from them 3 minutes later that my Funded account is ready to activate. Iam a customer for life with Daytraders.com Yousif Yasin

If you are thinking about using DayTraders, keep your money and run. I just got completely robbed by their broken platform, and their so-called manager is honestly the absolute worst person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. I was trading nine 25k static accounts and a 100k master account. I followed every single rule, managed my risk perfectly, and my equity was sitting safely above the drawdown limit. I was literally at the finish line to get passed. Then, out of nowhere, their automated system glitched during an overnight adjustment, completely erased my open profits, and wrongfully auto-liquidated all my 25k accounts. To be fair, the initial front-line chat rep was actually polite and tried to help. But the second my ticket got escalated to the risk team, the pure scam started. They dragged me through two full days of exhausting back-and-forth hassle. They tried to blame my trading and basically told me to go take it up with Rithmic (the data provider), clearly hoping I’d just get frustrated and give up. But I didn’t. I went straight to Rithmic and got the actual server logs and timestamps. The raw data proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that DayTraders’ backend system mathematically failed, erased my hard-earned equity buffer without crediting my cash balance, and triggered a fake liquidation. Rithmic even put it in writing that DayTraders controls the setting that caused the issue. I brought this undeniable proof right back to them. Enter the manager. Once he realized they were caught red-handed, the mask came off. This guy is unbelievably arrogant. Even looking at raw server data proving their platform broke and wrongfully failed my evaluations, he flat-out refused to restore my accounts, refused to pass them, and refused to give me a refund. When he realized I wasn’t backing down, he actually threatened to permanently ban my account if I dared to file a bank chargeback. They will gladly take your evaluation fees, let their glitchy system auto-liquidate you right at the finish line, and send you on a wild goose chase. When you bring back the proof, their manager will just pocket your money and shut the door in your face. The company is a pure scam. I am currently executing chargebacks with my bank for every single penny. Save your time, your sanity, and your money. Stay far away!

Excellent platform!

The evals are reasonably priced and the rules clear. However, their Rithmic service fills are awful for me. I'm not sure what is causing this (laggy servers + triggered trailing stops..?) but it's really terrible, even compared to other props which are usually bad as default. For example, I placed just a few trades today and my Sierra Chart with their Denali data has me at +$120 after accounting for fees and commissions, but DayTraders Rithmic balance is only +$80. Crazy discrepancy and I would wager it is because I use a triggered trailing stop and their servers are not handling it well. edit: Lol, they flagged my review as for the wrong business.

I like being able to have up to 15 accounts at a time. I also like the ability to trade on the Quantower platform with Rythmic accounts.

I Captain yachts so do alot of last minute extended travel and had a funded 100k that closed because I didn’t trade enough over the month. This was actually my fault for not having read the fine print and being fairly new to props. Customer service reached out to me unprompted and through our interactions, they were fast, responsive, professional and handled my issues without delay. They understood my situation and restored my account with my original gains. This comes at the same time another top rated prop firm I was trying cancelled all my accounts after assuring me they would not when I spoke with them ahead of time explaining my travels and internet issues. Their customer service would not even honor their own representatives promises even though it was in writing. Lets just say Daytraders is the GOAT of customer service. They actually care about their client base which is very rare for companies, especially prop firms. Regarding their accounts, I trade the static accounts as they work best with my trading style using Onyx. The accounts have been top notch, they pay out promptly when a request is made and I have truly been enjoying trading with Daytraders. I would highly recommend Daytraders for your trading journey. I will be using them much more in the coming months as I cut back on travel and dedicate more time to trading. They have great prices for accounts, often have discounts and their rules are very fair. Daytraders is now my 1st. stop to buy accounts not just because of the accounts but because they have proven themselves as a company that listens, cares and will honor their products. That is a perfect combination.
