Mike and Ryan at Dawson Jones were great. I ordered some glass cases from them for my Beauty Supply store. The quality of the cases were exceptional. I did have some trouble putting them together but Ryan FaceTimed me and help me right through it. Mike and Ryan have definetly got me as a customer for life. The cases look amazing in my store and I’ve gotten so many compliments on them. I will be sharing pics on their website soon.

I came in for 5 end caps that were not as expected. They did not include all the necessary components for them to be installed on my sales floor safely. After making attempts to get me the missing components it was determined that the best course of action was to refund me for the purchase. I received no grief about the return and aside from the inconvenience of having to travel back to the store get the refund I was very pleased about the service I was provided.
