This is not what I asked for. I asked for arms that I could adjust not the arm bar. This is useless for me, takes up too much space as is. It’s’ Also has scratched up coating. I’m very disappointed UPDATE After this post the company reached out to me immediately and asked “ How can we correct this to your satisfaction? “ They were very eager to make sure I was satisfied. They handled the matter very professionally and sent me a new rack at their expense The customer service was top notch, something you don’t see in todays business world. Love the crew at your store, but your shipping program is terrible, used it twice and both times things were missing , I use Store warehouse for all shipping now.

My mannequin was missing 2 parts. When I returned to get the parts, they gave me 1, but claimed the 2nd (an important visible element) was no longer available. I asked the employee at the pick-up dock to check the showroom because the last time I shopped, I had seen the mannequin with the part I was missing displayed in the showroom. He told me that they had cleaned out the area where that style of mannequin had been stored because it had been discontinued. But, he said he'd look for it again. He left and returned about 4 minutes later stating that the mannequin was indeed discontinued and that, as he had stated before, everything was cleared out. So, I walked around from the pick-up area into the showroom and found that they were indeed still selling the exact same mannequin I had purchased and, therefore, still had at least 3 of my missing parts available (as there were 3 display mannequins with that part). My suggestion to all who purchase from DJ -- check everything before you leave the pick-up area to make sure it is all inside the box.
