This is a great service, I highly recommend it. I haven't given the 5th star yet as I'm waiting on clarification on a local tax payment. It has helped me in a very tough year.

Now that the transition period of onboarding is complete, things are good. But initially with setup I needed to keep up & task master the onboarding process otherwise filings would have gone unfiled. Once the initial period is complete it works well. Everyone is very nice & responsive. CEO is a bit aloof except for the initial sales. That is expected, but no response to some of the items I recommended to change.
