Davo is doing what it needs to do but…
Davo is doing what it needs to do but software integration (specifically with QuickBooks Online) would be tons more helpful from the accounting point of view. Davo just needs to create a bill in QBO and then the transactions will sync and I wouldn’t have to do manual entry.

Thank you so much for your feedback, we value our user's experience and are always striving to improve. We do have a goal of being able to integrate with Quickbooks for ledger entries but cannot do so at this time.

Receive calls on problems
Everything was ok , however I have to pay a penalty for late filing, because I did not see the notice I needed to call in. I did not receive a call before the deadline to pay my taxes. I believe I should have receive a call after I did not respond to the email. I running a business you get busy and do not have the time to check your email on a regular basis.

Once per week would be great
Love this app the biggest problem I have is the daily withdrawals. I have a transaction limit and I wish I could have the taxes pulled once a week instead of daily. When I operate on the weekends I get 3 separate withdrawals on Monday .

Hello Christopher - We don't any have plans to move away from daily withdrawals since that is a key feature of DAVO, but we appreciate the review and feedback. Glad that you're enjoying the service!

Ashley, we are so sorry for any frustration on your end. We took a look at your account and it looks like you are referring to your first month with DAVO. Unfortunately, we can only keep track of and collect sales tax after the app is installed, we cannot go back before you were using DAVO to get that information. We get that might not be ideal. The service is good when it works…
The service is good when it works correctly. We use a clover device with DAVO and we use Booker software for our scheduling and check out process. Booker works with the clover and Davo works with the clover but all three do not work together. The only thing that Davo is collecting sales tax on for our business are the automatic monthly membership charges. The daily services that we provide and collect sales tax for are not being collected by DAVO and paid.

I feel this is a great app however I…
I feel this is a great app however I don't have a lot of information as to when sales tax actually gets paid to state, etc. I think a better explanation of the process would be great

DAVO has a great dashboard available online at portal.davosalestax.com. You can log into that anytime to see your sales tax filings, payments and more. I asked your representative so many…
I asked your representative so many times about errors corrections and check into my state taxes but they never do it, pretty sad with the outcomes when I have to pay them every month

The idea of DAVO is great
The idea of DAVO is great. I love that I don’t have to think about holding the sales tax money back, but the refunds also come with sales tax back to me and it needs returned to me as well. I also miss the running sales total of the month that I can track with Clover
